CrankPal at a glance

CrankPal combines predictive bicycle maintenance with a complete management system for bike workshops. Founded by bicycle mechanics — and cyclists — the company builds both sides of one ecosystem: management software for workshops (bookings, customer and bike records, work orders, quotes, customer communication), free in its base plan, and an app for cyclists that estimates the wear of every single component from GPS, smartphone sensors, Strava and Garmin data and the bike's service history, warning before the failure, not after.

The platform is available in 59 markets and 40 languages. In Italy, its first market, all plans are live; the international rollout starts with the Free workshop plan (in beta) and the cyclist app (in preview). Through CrankPages, its public directory, CrankPal is mapping the world's bike workshops: nearly 60,000 in more than 100 countries. CrankPal S.r.l. is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
